these are very soft briefs in combed cotton, with good coverage at the back and easy fly access at the front. Not "sexy" but would win any competition for comfort -- I would highly recommend for any man interested in briefs for comfort above any other considerations. I have worn US style briefs (JC Penney, Hanes etc) and find these WAY more comfortable. I wear them all the time.
